Multiple Primeira Liga clubs tracking Kerwin Vargas

Per a source, Kerwin Vargas is being eyed by multiple teams in the Portuguese first division. The Colombian winger has had a phenomenal past few months and has generated interest from several clubs in Portugal.

Yesterday, in a press conference, General Manager Zoran Krneta mentioned that Charlotte FC received offers for two players during this window but chose not to sell, as it would weaken the team. Per a source, one of those players was Kerwin Vargas.

The source also confirmed that Vargas would be open to a move back to Portugal, having enjoyed a productive spell in the Portuguese second division before signing with Charlotte FC in May 2022. The Colombian forward has had a strong season with Charlotte this year, making 32 appearances scoring 7 goals and providin 2 assists.
