Give Kids a Running Start
On March 14, Brian from TopBin90 takes on a 50K run to help foster families keep their kids in after school sports. Every mile supports children across the Carolinas and raises awareness for the vital work of Thompson Child & Family Focus.
Brian has been part of TopBin90 since 2022 and has covered Charlotte FC since their inaugural season. This run shines a light on the work of Thompson, a non-profit providing trauma-informed care, mental health services, prevention programs, and foster care support for children and families.
Funds raised will directly help ten families keep their kids enrolled in after school sports programs. Supporters can purchase raffle tickets for five chances to win Charlotte FC prizes and a shot at the 50/50 raffle drawn during that night’s match.
Breaking Down Brian's Run
How It Works
Brian kicks off the 50K at 9:00 AM from the Greenway near Fort Mill, setting the pace for a full day of raising awareness, giveaways, and support a bigger cause in the community with Thompson.
Win While You Support
Every 10 kilometers, Brian checks in and a raffle prize gets awarded. These stops happen about once an hour and give supporters chances to win while following the run.
The Finish
The final stretch ends at the Charlotte FC tailgate, with the goal of finishing before it gets going around 3 to 4 PM. Your ticket also enters you into the 50/50 raffle drawn at that night’s match.
